Welcome
What’s up, peeps?
What’s happening geezas and geezettes? Today is Wednesday the 15th of April, and it has never been a better time to breathe oxygen.
Feel free to comment under this post, anything that’s on your mind. You can tell other peeps your favourite part of the day, or you can share what you decided to munch on for brekkies this morning. No wrong answers (but if you say Weetabix, then you will be put on trial and then most likely condemned to death).
Currently, the team are working hard every day to make positive progress on this site. Tweaks have been made, bits have been fiddled with, kinks have been addressed. Hopefully you’ll start to notice some of these changes.
If you are reading this, then a bit of advice: opportunity does not waste itself on those unprepared. People always said that homework during early school years was useless, and that “trig is boring, why would I ever need to use it?”. But actually, it’s important to keep learning, progressing, improving. Some of the tasks that you may be required to do in a day may seem boring because of how rudimentary they are, or maybe you’d like to be doing something else instead. For example, washing the same dish day in and day out, only for it to become dirty again the next day. Being aware of these things can cause stress, and/or it can cause us to become a little bit nihilistic. But, remember, there’s always rainy days, and there’s always sunny days. We can’t control the weather, but we can decide to go and buy ourselves an umbrella, so that the rain doesn’t feel so unpleasant when it does arrive. You might have to go out in the torrential rain to get yourself one, because you had no time before to go and get one. But, that’s life. You don’t get a medal, you don’t get recognition for these things, but you each have individual responsibility to be kind to yourselves. Only you know what is right and wrong, and that’s why it’s important to set clear boundaries.
Announcements: development of sub-index pages for the ‘Angels‘ main index page has recently started. A pattern has been established, making it better for the team here at StolenGrace™ to add varied biographies to different pages. We are excited to be publishing our first Angel, and also we are excited to appease your eyes with the different filters and/or colours used for the newly designed pages. Hopefully some visual delights for you.
Last thing to say, be respectful. You have two choices: behave, or ban. No second chances. This isn’t rehab.
Enjoy the rest of your day.
